Role overview
We need a customer service lead who can make Cirakes easy to adopt. You will support onboarding, answer operational questions, keep communication structured, and help customers succeed across CRM, AI, Intel, and Sites.
What you will do
- Own day-to-day support and onboarding communication for Cirakes customers.
- Guide customers through CRM setup, Sites changes, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Keep issue handling calm, structured, and documented.
- Spot recurring friction and turn it into improvements for product and help material.
- Help maintain a high-trust support experience with fast follow-up and clear next steps.
What success looks like
- Customers know where to go, what to expect, and when they will hear back.
- Common support themes are documented and fed back into the product roadmap.
- Onboarding is predictable instead of improvised.
- Cirakes becomes easier to operate for both customers and internal teams.
